Read the system
Windows, hardware, drivers, load and network conditions.
Windows gaming diagnostics
Photon scans your hardware, Windows configuration, drivers and background load, records real gameplay performance, and rechecks supported fixes so you know whether they actually worked.

How Photon works
Photon separates diagnosis from action. First it reads the system. Then it explains what it found. You decide what happens next.
Scan
Photon reads measurable system and hardware information without changing your configuration.
Understand
Related findings are grouped by category and ranked as high, medium or low severity.
Decide
Apply an eligible fix, let Photon verify the result, or follow focused manual steps.
Diagnostic scanner
Photon turns scattered Windows, hardware and driver signals into a prioritized view of what deserves attention, then keeps automatic, manual and audit-only actions clearly separated.

Related conditions are grouped and ranked by severity.
Photon rechecks supported fixes and reports unresolved or restart-pending results.
Live gameplay test
Select a running game or let Photon detect the foreground target. The Live Test records real FPS, frame time and the telemetry your hardware exposes while you play.
Real measurements only. Unsupported metrics stay hidden.

TARGET FOUND / READY
Average FPS, 1% lows and frame pacing appear beside the system metrics that explain them.

Performance tools
Game Boost, impact-ranked network actions and NVIDIA profiles add focused tools for tuning each session.
Give the selected game a temporary performance focus for the session, with a quick way to return to its previous state.
Revert Boost returns to the previous state
Review adapter and DNS evidence, then choose repair actions ordered by impact with restart requirements shown before anything runs.
NVIDIA profiles stay separate from Game Boost. Vendor-specific controls do not pretend to be universal settings.

Diagnostic coverage
Performance problems rarely live in one setting. Photon checks the measurable relationships between Windows, hardware, gameplay behavior and the network.
Representative coverage only. Internal scanner rules are intentionally not exposed.
Trust and safety
Photon is built for skeptical PC users. It reports measurable conditions, explains the reason for each finding and leaves the final decision with you.
Swiss-basedPrivacy-focused diagnostics for Windows gaming PCs.
Scans inspect configuration and telemetry without silently modifying Windows.
No supported fix runs until you choose it or explicitly confirm a selected action.
Scan and live-test summaries are stored locally and can be cleared by you.
Risky recommendations remain disabled until you enable and acknowledge them.
Photon does not inspect the contents of personal documents, photos, videos, emails, browser history or downloads.

No. Scans are read-only. A supported fix runs only after you approve it, and Photon rechecks the result when possible. Risky, manual and disruptive actions are excluded from Fix All.
It depends on your bottleneck. Photon does not promise a fixed FPS gain. It shows measurable issues that may hold performance back so you can decide what is worth changing.
Photon reads system configuration, hardware and driver information, background processes, network conditions and available live telemetry. It does not inspect personal document or browser-history content.
Yes. Core Windows and hardware diagnostics support both. Vendor-specific features only appear when they apply to the detected hardware.
Photon is designed for Windows 10 version 2004 and later, and Windows 11. Checks for newer Windows features only run when the installed version supports them.

No. Plans are one-time purchases and do not renew automatically.
Yes, when frame capture is available for the selected game. Photon reports real FPS, frame time, average FPS and 1% lows. Unsupported measurements are left out instead of estimated.
Yes. Revert Boost returns the selected game to its previous state while it is still running.
