No. Scans are read-only. A supported fix runs only after you approve it, and Photon rechecks the result when possible. Risky, manual and disruptive actions are excluded from Fix All.

It depends on your bottleneck. Photon does not promise a fixed FPS gain. It shows measurable issues that may hold performance back so you can decide what is worth changing.

Photon reads system configuration, hardware and driver information, background processes, network conditions and available live telemetry. It does not inspect personal document or browser-history content.

Yes. Core Windows and hardware diagnostics support both. Vendor-specific features only appear when they apply to the detected hardware.

Photon is designed for Windows 10 version 2004 and later, and Windows 11. Checks for newer Windows features only run when the installed version supports them.

Contact support so the issue can be reviewed. If a defect prevents Photon from performing its core purchased functions and cannot be resolved, the purchase is reviewed under the Refund Policy.
